Hey everyone! Just wondering if in have BSL or BR chicks? And also if you think male or female??

I did have Barred Rock hens. Your chick looks like one, but I think there are a few breads that look the same, so it is had to tell. As for being a hen or rooster-- its to early to tell,. I did read about Feather sexing. Hens wings differ from roosters. Here is a PIC I found

This type of feather sexing only works between days 0-3ish for chicks. I only know because I wished I could have used it for mine! Unfortunately, by the time they arrived from the hatchery it was too late.

Well, they were, it was several years ago when I had them. In 2014 I had austrolorpe's, they were VERY pecky, ornery, and egg eaters - I had orpingtons , they are very sweet birds, they get very broody, I had one that was for 6 months, She wouldn't snap out of it.
