Hello clucky and welcome to BYC!

For now we can't help you much because of lack of info, but there is this "antibiotic" that comes in small sachets(but maybe there are some that come in bottles). It's colored yellow, powdery and very inexpensive. Add a little on the waterer and shake. This might help your chicken to heal.
