Can You ID These Chicks? New Updated Photos

I posted this a few weeks ago, still not 100% sure of what they are. I am hoping that since they have grown a little, I might get more ideas. I do think now that I have a pullet and a cockerel. What do you think of the breed and sex? Thanks for your help!


We got these cute little chicks from a hatchery that had cochins and silkies, but these do not have the feathers on their legs. I thought maybe they could be silver pencil cochins or partridge silkies, but since they have no feathers on their legs???? So any ideas?

Almost 3 weeks- I think this is the pullet

I think this one is a cockerel

I have a 1 week old 'chipmunk' looking clean legged chickie that looks ALOT like your two. I had seen others post here and get the OEGB diagnose... I'd be interested to know... guess eventually it will be easier to tell.

The wings are so beautiful with the markings though.

It's not an EE - I don't see anything that points to an EE, except for the chipmunk coloring and lots of breeds look like that as chicks. Leg color, clean face, and comb type all point to some other type of chick.
