No, not all roosters are aggressive. I've known tons of non human aggressive roosters including Barred Rocks. People who breed aggressive roosters are how these roosters keep showing up. No one should breed human aggressive chickens.

Also, at a guess, that's a mutt or a cuckoo Orp breeding project (aka mutt). If you look at a barred rock, it has more lines to its barring--the feathers grow in slowly so that the lines are more clear. A cuckoo bird, on the other hand, has the barring gene, but its feathers grow in quickly, resulting in a more smoky or zig-zag appearance.

Pure orps should be slow-feathering (barred), but that's orpington body-type, so he's probably a mutt. The few black feathers in the tail support this. Nice looking bird, though.

On second thought, I'll tag @JedJackson and @Gray Farms and see what they say.

Thanks. The person she got them from said they were from rare Orp lines but like I said I've never heard of a barred Orpington so told her I'd ask in here for her.

He appears to have the body type of an Orp, however, everything else is off. I'd guess mixed breed, though Barred Rock could also be a good possibility.

Agreed, I'd say he is a "project" Barred Orpington. But no where near what he should be.
