Can you identify these bugs in and on coop?

Hi All,
These teeny tiny bugs are all over the coop, the water container, the feeder, EVERYWHERE! I have not seen them on the hens but I dusted them and the entire coop. I cleaned and then I sprayed a water, soap and oil mixture to suffocate the bugs.
About 2 weeks later and they are back with a vengeance.
They are light grey and move kind of quick. They don’t jump and they don’t look like fleas or lice or mites-I don’t think.

Can't tell from the picture. Maybe someone will know. Check the birds at night after they roost. I use a headlamp so I have both of my hands free to inspect the birds. Good luck...
