Can you identify this hawk? :(

I've had quite a few Cooper Hawk issues, and they were all right around noon. Never before dark, and always between early August and late September.

They start beefing up for migration. They don't nest anywhere near us. We actually have crows who nest all around our property. We feed them, and they help deter hawks from making a home near us.

During hawk migration I use electric netting so the hens won't wander away from the cocks. The boys keep the cooper hawks away. I've had a broody mom even fight off a cooper hawk.
