Can you incubate eggs if they have bacterial growth on them?

Im tring to incubate some eggs and i recently candled them on day three. All of them had spots on them. I got them some a local farmer. I have duck eggs in there too that are fine but will the other containate them? So confused!

Is it bacteria or markings on the eggs?

I candled them and I'm pretty sure it's inside the egg.

I dont know the sorry, i dont think it would spread if its inside though...

Would it kill the embryo?

Im not sure, it might already be dead. ive never had this. I've had eggs with slight discolouration but most of thoes turned out fine.
