Can you make scratch for your chicken at home?

I have 6 chickens and i was wondering if i could make scratch for them myself. If so how do i make scratch? If you know please tell me!

Scratch is a mix of cracked corn, oats, wheat and milo. You can just throw them cracked corn for a treat and they will love you!! Its about 10 bucks a 50# bag.
