can you mix 2 different Wyandotte's together

I have 2 black laced gold hens but cant seem to get a rooster, but i have an extra black splash Wyandotte, just wanting to know if it would be smart to mix them?

Why not? They'd be mix color but not mix breed.

It kind of depends on what you want to accomplish, but I think that'd be a good mix.
