I have 13 incubated eggs that have had exposure to too high of humidity. From day 7 to day 12 they were in the range of 65-70% humidity. Is there anything i can do now before lockdown day on day 18?

Just lower your humidity. Have you been able to monitor their weight? If you're on day 12 they should have lost about 6-7% of their weight.

I would personally candle and check how the eggs are doing as far as moisture content. If anything, running it dry until lockdown might be an option.
Here is a rough guide i pulled from internet. Eggs before lockdown should have a Nice large air sac. The numbers on the diagram are the days. By day 18/19 it is ideal to have it there.

They are shipped eggs. I started with 16 and 15 of them had displaced air cells :(. I set them upright and it appears all are reattached with the exception of one. I am going to draw the air cells and take a picture of the eggs if you don't mind giving me your opinion on where they stand.
