Can you take eggs straight from the nest?

Can you take eggs straight from the nest and put them into the incubator or do they have to sit for a day or two? Like if I was to go and grad all today's eggs out of the nests and put them in the incubator.

let them come up to room temp before you put them in.

It depends on how quick you are, when I did that the egg was still warm from the hen. I just slipped the egg right in.
