In my opinion you can tame any goat with a bucket of feed. I have 16 adult does (Boer 100# to 200#) that will run up to you, knock you down, and stand on top of you and eat the feed if you have a bucket of feed in your hands.
Seriously, I tamed mine by sitting on a 5 gallon bucket with a coffee can of feed. Pour a little in my hand and then let them eat it. Some are skittish to begin with, but they'll come around. Again and Again. Some are soo tame they can almost be annoying.
On Edit: Of course it's a lot easier to tame them as kids. I have one buck kid (100% Registered Boer) that is 27 days old and weighs 23#. He nibbles on your pants and wags his tail like a little puppy while you pet him. He'll make someone a good herd sire some day.
