Can you tell EE gender by neck feathers?

I have 8 EE's around 4 wks old. Some are getting pointy neck feathers. Others still have their chick fuzz on the back of their necks. Can this tell me who is a roo?

EE's develop hackle feathers just like any (or most) other breeds, but 4 weeks seems a bit young. Maybe not. I'd check out some of the pics in the What breed or gender am I? forum.
