Can you tell from a "stool"?

We have 8 chickens about 4 1/2 months old and about a month and a half ago brought in 2 additional two month old Araucana's into a cage within the chicken coop. About a week later a few of the original chickens started to get sick with congestion (gurgling). Put all of them on antibiotics and all seemed to get better. Today I see a few of them moping around and a lot of different looking stools. I let them all out and within 10 minutes I saw about 5 droppings that looked like this. Any suggestions?
