Can you tell if this is a boy or a girl?

This is one of my five chicks. It is supposed to be a Cinnamon Queen. I have two of them, one Dominique, and two RIRs. They were all sold as female, but what do you all think about this one? They are roughly four weeks old, I would say. Any help is appreciated, because if it is a boy, he unfortunately has to go!

Well, dang. It is a sweetheart, but if he is a he....he's gotta go. Can't have roosters in my neighborhood and don't want fertilized eggs.

A feed store called Barnyard Feed a d Supply. It is here, in South Carolina. All the chicks in the Cinnamon Queen brooder were labeled as "sexed" and "female"

I am not from your area and I don't know your particular store but I can tell you that feed stores are know to mix chick bins up and falsely advertise.

My feed store labels all of their chicks as female.
I just happened to pull up one day the same time the post delivery man did with the box of chicks that were clearly labeled straight run.

I know this is my local feed store but I have read a million stories here on BYC where people thought they purchased a female from a particular bin and it ended up being a male.
