Can you tell me if my Partridge Plymouth Rocks are pullet or roo?

I am thinking the one in the middle is a roo and the others are pullets. Am I right? They are a month old. Thanks for looking!

Roosters will feather out with black chests, pullets with brown pencilled. From what I can tell the center chick is the only one with black chest feathers coming in so is your roo!
