Could someone please tell me what they think these chicks are?

^(Would like to know what both of those might be)

^(Random duckling on the left, haha)

I have no idea, but wow.. I have to say, they are the prettiest mutts I've ever seen! Maybe it's your photography. I especially LOVE the ones with the cowlicks LOL.

I want to see these full grown. I do have an idea which are the cockerels though.

They may be EE mixes.

1) roo
2) pullet
3) pullet
4)Pullets from what I can tell (my favourite of them all <3 so cute!)
5)Roo - very pretty colouring!

Thanks for all that information! All of these chicks were produced during the great Barnyard Struggle of Early 2012. In other words, my goats decided to constantly pop open our breeder pens. I couldn't tell which roosters where mating which hens and it was mayhem for about a week or two. I didn't figure I'd be lucky enough to hatch out any purebreds, haha...but I was still curious about what may have crossed and produced these cuties.

I see plenty Easter Eggers, the first and last shown are cockerels.

Color is the main indicator as well as comb size/redness. Easter Eggers, most of them anyway, can be sexed by color by the time they're mostly feathered out. How to do it is a bit complicated to quickly describe.

ALSO! Aoxa, how are you able to guess at the sex? Are you going off the size of the comb? I'm intrigued!

It would be the colour of the comb as well as the feathering colours that make me think boys on the first and last one. I do agree with Illa, and some might be easter egger crosses (though they are crosses to begin with).

Good luck! They sure are cute!!
