I agree it looks like a headspot, which I think means male based on the coloring it has on the down.

There pulleys I think they are two weeks old I got them on Sep 30 when there were a day old

Can you show us this chick's face? If you're sure it's a pullet, that light color might mean it's a salmon faverolle. Would need to know if it has a beard.
Also, some places make mistakes. Sexing is not a 100% accurate process.
