Can you tell the gender of chicks at 3 weeks?

I have 2 bantam/sultan chicks and one speckled sussex/sultan, but I'm quite confused on what they are turning out to be because the three of them all feathered up really quick, within the first week or so. but now there almost 3 weeks old the bantams look like they are growing wattles and they are looking a little pink. I read online that hens grow quicker and saw a few pictures and they all look like pullets, but their heads look like roos. Can I tell at this age or do they sound like roos/pullets?

Rather than a description, it is best to take and post photos of the birds - since you are concerned about development in the comb/wattle area, be sure to get shots of that as well as an overall shot of each. What might seem like obvious signs to you may not be so alarming to others - and, conversely, others may see blatant indicators that you didn't notice.

First bantam looks like a cockerel with that red a comb at this age. I'm going with pullet for now on 2nd bantam. No photos of a Speckled Sussex showed up--are you sure you posted the right photos?

Thanks! What do you think about the speckled Sussex?? Also could this all change in the next few weeks?

She/he is one of my own. We only hatched because one of our hens had been broody for about 2 months and we couldn't stop her! I love seeing what the chicks look like when hatching my own mixed breeds!
