Can you tell the sex of my royal palms and blue slates?

I’m thinking I have a boy and girl royal palm, and my blue skates I’m thinking possibly the same? Sometimes it’s really hard to tell because they both have decently sized snoods/caruncles/wattles but on one (on the right) is all significantly more developed and larger. It also struts in response to some sounds and the other doesn’t.
