Canada goose missing

Hi, three years ago a lone Canada goose turned up on my land and never left, he frequently waddled down to the house to get his dinner then made his way back to the pond. He has been missing for eight days now, I'm so worried. There is evidence of an otter on our land, is it possible he has been scared off or even killed? Please help put my mind at rest as it breaks my heart not knowing where he is.

Hi, I would want nothing more than for him to fly off with a flock as I'm sure you know geese are very sociable birds but the fact he has vanished without trace has left me heartbroken. He used to come and look through every window in the house to find me if I was late feeding him so yes I was very attached. Just want to understand what has happened to him.
