Any way to make the top 50 states/ provinces sticky, or at least USA/Canada with sub options for each state/province? It seems everyone asks, over each other, etc.
I am interested in starting a Breeders Forum for Ontario for Chickens (Banty and reg) with a list of species. It seems the web is void of Canadian breeder lists, and those that do come up is outdated.
But to the admin., can we make USA/Canada/elsewhere countries as "top of the list"sticky forum headings, with sub forums for states/provinces?
