Canada: Quail, Heat Lamp?

So... wondering if I should put a temp heat source in my quail aviary to offset a polar vortex this week? Weather forecast in Celcius and setup in images - appreciate your feedback!

You could add a heat lamp but -18°C is 0°F, so there's only a couple of nights of below 0°F...quail can typically handle -10°F to -20°F if they are in a draft free, dry enclosure. If you add a heat lamp, I would get a ceramic bulb instead of an incandescent heat bulb.
 
I put out a heat lamp this weekend to keep the water and eggs from freezing, the birds themselves seem fine. Glad I moved, we used to have a month of this every winter instead of a weekend!
