I know this thread is about Canadian Breeder List but some of you may be working with breeds that deal with Columbian Pattern. There are a lot of things that you can share, or have questions that deal strictly with the Columbian Pattern. I am opening a new thread and hope that those who raise Columbian patterned birds will join in and help everyone learn from their experiences.

Anyone on south Vancouver Island have black or blue Langshans? If so I would love to buy some fertilized eggs off you! I have Black Copper Marans, bantam mutts which are great broodies, Naragansett and Blue Slate turkeys, and American Buff and Toulouse geese.

Hello just found this thread and always interested in trading fertile eggs I have silkies, mutt bantams, amaricaunas, silver spangles, heritage rir and other factory type birds but would be mutts to rir rooster. I also have pekin and pekin mix ducks and guinea fowl pearl and white look forward to any replays

I now have 3 English Red Orpingtons and 3 English Partridge Orpington 14 week old chicks. They are adorable and I am really enjoying them. I am wondering if anyone in BC or specifically, on Vancouver Island has these - I plan to start breeding them.

Does anyone know where I can get Polish in BC, or preferably Vancouver Island? I also had a beautiful silver laced Wyandotte chick that was taken by a mink. I would love to get more of those.

I live in Cooks Creek Manitoba. As my chosen name tells you, I'm CRAZY for polish, maybe a little crazy too. Friends and family think so at least...call me the crazy chicken lady! I even considered it for a name on here but didn't want to encourage them. I just LOVE my chickens.
Anyway, I have:

Standard/LF Silver-laced Polish, bearded and non
Standard/LF Golden-laced Polish, bearded and non
Standard/LF White Crested Black Polish
Standard/LF Splash Polish
Bantam White Crested Black

Have full intentions of acquiring any other polish standard/LF I can get my hands on. I little scared of trying to bring from states?! No experience doing it, don't know of anyone who has!

Also have Muscovy Ducks
