Has anyone on here had experience with Performance Poultry of Ontario? I've heard things on both sides but would like more opinions, please. Please feel free to PM me if you don't feel comfortable posting your opinion publicly. Thanks so much!
 
^ Hi, I just split a Performance order with two other people who live close by. We are scheduled to get our chicks at the end of April. Between us, we've ordered quite a few different bantams and heritage breeds. Jason, the owner of Performance, is really good to deal with and very helpful. I will let you know how it goes once the order arrives. I've heard pros and cons from a few other people on other forums, but the good experiences seem to far outweigh the bad.

I ordered from Ideal hatchery in Texas because, even counting the paperwork cost, it's still cheaper than Performance. They also have more selection. The biggest nuisance with any american hatchery is that you have to go to the US to pick them up. They need to be driven across the border by the buyer.
 
Ive had a great experience with performance poultry!
I ordered some birds last year for the first time and got
all my birds proper breeds and genders, the only problem was i ordered
six exchequer leghorn hens, but did not get them but he easily gave my money back
I would recomend performance poultry!
