So about a month ago my dad's brought home a Canadian geese we had a really bad storm in North Carolina he was only a baby and he had a broken wing he is healed now after a month I study animals so I knew what to do to help for his wing but my question is is it okay to keep him he follows me everywhere I go I've gotten pretty attached to him but I just want to do what's best for him
can someone please help me and when my dad found him no one was around and he was drowning cuz he was only like a week old

It is commendable you nurtured this fine bird and I as a Canadian thank you and your Pop for that. Having said that /
No, Canada geese do not make good pets. They are wild birds, and can be very loud, dirty, and aggressive. Federal Law protects the species from harm (see “Domestication”) and it is illegal to own them as pets
