How do I cancel a duplicate thread?

If the thread was just started and is new enough you should see the option to delete at the bottom of your first post. If it has passed that time, click on report and in the comments section state why you would like it deleted.

Did you accidentally create two identical threads just now?

Yeah
I just tried to add a second photo and pressed back button on tablet uploaded second photo then realised it posted two threads one with a extra picture.
