Cancer, face mites....???

Hi everyone. Just trying to figure out what this is and what to do about it. My other chickens don't appear to have any lumps like this one so I would assume it is not face mites.
Looks like cancer...Do chickens get pimples???

Anyways, hear is a pic. Any thoughts are welcome.

And i forgot, she is shedding feathers like crazy right now. Due to the heat? 32c. Not sure if this could be related, but I know you peeps like as much info as possible!

It sounds like she is starting her yearly molt. That can take a month or two and she will stop laying eggs for a bit. Is the lump on her face hard or somewhat soft? It might be a cyst, peck wound, or could be related to a respiratory disease. Have you seen any bubbles in her eye?

The bump is soft. It feels like when you get a burn bubble or blister bubble that you could pop with a pin or poking it.

No bubbles around eyes from what I can tell. What would that mean?

Could be a cyst. If you want you could take a small hypodermic and see if you can draw anything out of it, and see what it looks like.
