So I now have to check my BP 2 times a day every day. The doctor put me on a steroid for the breathing problem. She did a nebulizer treatment with the steroid included in the medicine. I feel like I am about to fall asleep.

Hope you feel better soon. I went through this a few weeks ago. Just now getting over it.

Thank you. It's not just asthma it's also COPD and a cold. I just hope it goes away soon.

I got diagnosed with high blood pressure today also so I learned that I can drink hibiscus tea and cut my blood pressure down in no time. I am going to do a serious search tomorrow for a ton of ways to get my body and mind back to being able to do the stuff I can't do now

Looks like it’s just as crazy where you are as here. I have pretty much given up on Spring

In one way it's good for my mental health that it's snow on the trees again, because it shouldn't be spring here at all yet. At least now my mind won't go into "spring mode". These false springs can be taxing!

I'm really glad we're done with low temps, though. It shouldn't get down to the -20C's again now that the sun is as high as it is!

I also use hibiscus tea. Easy enough to grow your own hedge too.
