Candeld eggs does this sign mean they died?

I candeld my eggs and only in one I saw a small vein kinda in the middle does that mean its dead? Or is it just a normal vein that means the chick is growing. In one egg there is just kind of a black thing in there and in the other theres a vein the one with no veins is it dead or just still forming? There only on day 4 though I guess its hard to tell.

I let my guinea eggs go to the bitter end....for some I thought did not look right HATCHED! Just let nature take it's course.....the hen does not look...LOL
