Candeling eggs... HELP..

If I wanna incubate eggs do I have to candel them first or just set them in the bator? And I see a egg in a nest box or a hen is sitting on them do I take it right away and put it in the bator or do I have to wait a couple days and then take it??

Just put in, you won't be able to see anything until 7 days. I would put it in right away​
