Candled egg day 16 question?

I candled my eggs today (day 16) out of curiosity since we experienced a power outage for 12 hrs & temp got down to 75 in incubator. This is my first time so I'm unsure of what they are supposed to look like. Below is a pic of one of the eggs. I know one black spot is the eye but there are two so what is the other one? Does this mean it died? Plz help so I can remove it if so. Thanks!

I am still new at hatching and candling, but I think for day 16 that egg is to clear and appears to have died.

Sadly that's what I was thinking too the other eggs look a whole lot darker and ready to hatch.
