40ish is alittle low, like chap your lips low really .. i keep them higher than that maybe 70ish 'down to' 40ish as the water dries up and depending how they look i may let it sit there a day or to before bumping back up .. id keep a close eye on temp, in mine it can fluctuate relative to humidity level ..

I personally don’t weigh and just go on what the majority or the air cells are looking like. Your ambient humidity can have an affect so what works for one might not work for others.
