Candling dark shelled eggs

How easy is it to candle dark shelled eggs? Any tricks I should know?

Dark eggs like Ameraucana, Maran, Welsummer and Cream Legbar are all very hard to candle.
The best way to candle them is wait till it is night time, and go into a VERY dark room, And candle them you should see something.
