My Coop
Side by side of "Frank" on 4-2 and 4-4
Eggs arrived 3-29, set under broody hen around 3pm

When this egg is gently rotated while candling, the dark spot sort of wiggles around, what does that mean?
Does this look like normal development for this stage?
This egg has what I assume are porous areas on the shell, is that ok?

Egg "D"
* Doesn't seem to have a dark spot, but I can see veining.
* I cannot seem to locate an air cell, is this a problem?

Egg "E"

*Maybe* see some veining in there, but for the most part this egg just looks dark from what I assume is the air cell up to the pointed end of the egg. Could this one be in a later stage of development, or a quitter?

Here are the details of what I observed today while candling:

A...Dark spot visible, minimal if any veining visible

B...Dark spot visible, minimal if any veining visible

C...Great veining throughout yolk and white. Dark spot clearly visible and sort of jiggles when rotating egg back and forth.

D...Veining visible, but no dark spot

E...Possible veining, but no dark spot

Frank...Clearest spider vein of all 6, dark spot that moves when rotating egg back and forth. No visible air cell.

This is our first time hatching, anything else I should be observing and documenting at this stage?

Thanks for any help!!
