Candling egg - (video) can I actually see the gosling pecking at the inside of the shell?

This is Day 19, I took this while we were misting and cooling. This is my first time incubating, so I don't really know what I'm looking at, but doesn't that look like the gosling's beak and head, pecking at the shell?

If that is what it is, is it okay that he's already pecking at it?
