I dont know what to look for when candling my muscovy duck egg. I have no idea how old it is. How am I suppose to tell?

The earliest you can candle is 7 days. Just look for veins and your doing good

How long do you KNOW it's been incubated? If a week or more, you're out of luck. If less than a week, put your egg back for a few days before you look again. When you do, it helps to roll the egg slightly while candling - your eye might pick out the embryo and veins better as they float on the surface of the moving yolk.
