I've never hatched eggs, but you should check all eggs in case one is dead or with a crack. Bacteria can grow and cause a problem if you left it there I think.

Do a google search "egg candling" you will find lots of pics. I cant tell U the exact sites its been so long since I done the search, but get these pics in your mind and when U candle a dozen it will stay with you.
