candling my eggs!

OK its day 5 and i candled my eggs and i saw the red veins, but i could not see anything in the brown eggs. Can you see the veins in brown eggs?

If your light is bright enough you can see into brown eggs. I only hatch brown eggs. I use a surefire flashlight to candle my eggs with. The really dark eggs from marans and welsummers and pens are very hard to candle.
