It is possible i tried yesterday and had no luck I just can't see through, its the same with my dark egger too, i can only see through the white leghorn egg, i've tried with a led flashlight which works great with the white egg, for the others nothing, i tried using a 100w house bulb under a ceramic pot with a hole in the bottom, but it didn't light the eggs up, they will be a week gone tomorrow, the white egg definitely has a chick growing, as there's veins and a blob in the middle of them

I found when candleing my blue eggs the room had too be totally dark and almost perfect seal between the light and the egg
also only turn on your candleing light after the egg is in place; like star gazing your eyes need too be adjusted too low low light
conditions too see into the blue, dark brown eggs
