Candling turkey eggs.

It's real hard to candle the turkey eggs I have does anyone have a few candling pics or a site i can go look at to see what I should be seeing in developing turkey eggs?

do you have a real egg candler or are you using the ol flash light deal. The shells are so thick that you raelly need an egg candler to see into them, at that point they are no different than any other egg.

Yes I am using a flashlight. I have a heating lamp could i tape some cardboard over it and make a hole to candle the turkey eggs?

You might could, just watch the heat off of it.
You can get egg candlers reasonable priced too, I would recommend one if you are going to do much hatching. I think Stomberg hatcery sells them, the base modle shipped (which is the one I use) was only about $19 If I remember corecctly.
