I just candled my only developing egg out of 4 I put in the incubator. I saw movement at day 7 but tonight day 15 I don't see any movement. Is this normal or did I lose my only chicken?

chicks in the egg don't move as much when there is not as much room to move about, and the egg has less fluids in it. Egg will just get darker, then you will only see an air cell then not even that, depending on how far along the hatch is.

I have never had much luck with candling. All I see is the air sac and a dark mass. Tonight I finally took out the 13 eggs that the hen had been sitting on for, perhaps, 31 days. I opened the shell at the air sac very carefully as someone suggested here and found that all the eggs were just a mass of jelly. Not sure what a developing chicken looks like under candling. I don't usually bother the hens and the eggs they are sitting on but I guess it's different if you are incubating them yourself.
