I candled 2 of the earliest eggs today!!

Im not getting my hopes up, but im sure I saw a dark shape that bobbed up to the top when i rotated the egg!

There were HEAPS of those little bacteria spots, is this bad?

There was however, no air bubble on top!

what do i do?

i couldnt see any veins...
The 2 eggs were 6 days old and i was told to have a very quick go!
So i did!

I just want to know what I should be seeing and any pics of your experiences would be wonderful!!!

Im just not sure what to look for in them at 6 days old. I will try again when they reach 12 days old...

thank you all for the help i am getting and hope you can help me on this one as well!

Try candling again at day 7 or 8...you should see an eye or spot and veins.....when you candle make sure you hold the egg with the big end up and use your light at the top of the egg shining down to see the air sac....shine your light from the small bottom to see the spot and veins...take your time ....by day 14 they should just be a dark mass starting with some movement....

Thats how I see my air sacs well.....
