I let Corny wander the yard, he could go into the coop with older hens if he wanted, or run in the fenced yard. He was separate from Sprinkles and the cookie hatch. Well he got into the pen with the goose, goose killed Corny. But Corny pointed out the hole he used to get to the goose, and had he not, my other hens could have used it too and I could have lost them. Yikes! Plugging it up.

OH MY GOSH!!!!!! my poor Corny!!! i feel like I'm about to cry! He's sooo beautiful, i can't believe it that naughty naughty goose. I'm just now seeing this

Sprinkles is not quite 3 months old, but I think he may have a fertilized egg, and he started to crow.View attachment 4196562the hen who laid this, her first egg is from a group that I only kept her. She has been trying to fit in, and she squatted down today.

Please please incubate that egg for me!!

No sprinkles would be the dad. I has been in the incubator a day. I don't see anything going on yet. If it's fertile I will add more eggs. If not I am done hatching for this year.
