Canners - Antioxidant Crystals?

I found a recipe that calls for a teaspoon of antioxidant crystals?

Can't seem to find this product anywhere. Is there an alternate name for it among canners?
 
A banana strawberry jam. It apparently supposed to prevent the banana from turning colors.
 
I wonder if Fruit Fresh would work. Hmmmm. I have to look for that at the Mennonite place I shop at. I image that would be hard to find. Maybe someone else has heard of it.
 
That's what I've always used, was just wondering if there was some sort of new-fangled awesomeness I was missing out on.
 
all it is is vitamin C. yes fruit fresh works too. or a little lemon juice
