Canning duck feed?

Has anyone tried canning vegetables in bulk for their ducks to eat over the winter? I'm also interested if anyone has experimented with preserving greens like dandelion or comfrey over winter as well- with any method. This is a problem for me, where over the winter everything is so desolate I feel helpless when I can't give the ducks the extra treats they love. I can just give them store bought canned beans, beets or corn if I wanted, but to make my own, and a lot ( in quart sized jars?) would be awesome, especially if I could preserve something inexpensive like the weeds they like.

I'm interested to know this too. Greens are like all produce in Turkey 🇹🇷 Very seasonal. I'll post when we try some ideas for our flock.

I'd shy away from commercially canned stuff, loaded with salt.

Ducks will eat about anything. Do you like to fish? Trash fish that don't have daily limits would make great poultry feed. Canned or boiled and frozen, a lot more nutrients than canned weeds in my opinion.

That's a great idea! Noplace to fish here, but I've considered asking thr fishmongers to save the scraps (heads, bones) for us. Boiled and blendered, I think this is a good option.
