can't change my avatar

when I try to delete my old avatar and upload a new one, the old one pops back up. I have tried logging out and then logging back in, turning off the computer, ect. So when we hit delete, the old avatar never really goes away????

I get that sometimes, but I refresh the page and it disappears, and comes up with my new one.

Yup, try to force refresh your browser: CTRL + F5
