I just reduced my flock for this very reason! I have 1 guy at work who buys them, and he loves them but he travels and so probably buys 1dozen once a month! Soo I have been giving them to the homeless shelter and DD's teacher who's DH is on medical leave from work. Now I've got 15 hens and have been free ranging them as much as possible to help with the feed bill!
