Cant figure out if one is a Rooster...

So, here are the two pictures

I thought the one in the second picture was a rooster, it has a longer tail, and well, it just looks and acts like a rooster...
The one in the first picture however started crowing this morning, not a full crow yet because they are still young, but it was crowing.

Am I mixed up? Which one do you think is a rooster (if either)

Would it hurt your feelings if I told you that I thought they were both roos?

I am not sure at all. It was just my first thought. Usually on the gender questions if I over think it then I will be wrong. It was just an opinion not a professional gender technician report

Okay I feel a bit better haha, Im scared because we are not allowed to have roosters in our area, they are both so sweet I dont want to get rid of them!

This is a better full body shot of the one from the first picture, its tail is not as long as the second one... but the first one crows? argh!

Well if the first one is crowing then I am going to go out on a limb here and say definitely rooster LOL. The second one's comb and tail make me think roo but I could be wrong.

Someone will come along here in a minute and give you a definite answer I am sure. Hang tight and yes the third pic is helpful.

They both look like roosters to me as well.

I never cull until I am 100% sure, but in these photos I think roosters two of them
