Can't figure out what breed this boy is

Here is a link to his picture. We received in as an extra chicken when we ordered our babies (only wanted hens and received six roosters out of 25). I need someone somewhere to tell me what his breed is

. Some say Silver Laced Wyandotte, Americana, and others are just not sure. Any help would be so much appreciated. thank you!!

His legs are dark almost black.

I am not sure what an EE is? I have never heard of that.
